There are two types of redirect to adf.ly:

1. Let your visitor wait for some seconds then redirect automatically. 

In adf.ly this kind of redirect is called : Website Entry Page

2. Change all link in your blog or website to adf.ly link.

In adf.ly this kind of redirect is called : Full Page Script
